In 2006, black Americans had a GDP of more than $800,000,000,000 ($800 B) billion dollars. Support of black media in America is key to the success of companies and ministries in the 21st century. Companies are constantly shifting their advertising dollars to increase their reach into the African American and Hispanic community. It is critical to the survival of our voice in America to create a dialogue and partnership for the communities of faith to continue supporting diversity in media by educating corporate America on the unique power of the African American consumer and producer of faith, lobbying corporate advertisers, providing values based and educational content to media companies, and hosting advertising & subscription campaigns. In response, these media will create a balanced content matrix as it relates to family values for our community along with offering valued added incentives to the leaders of this partnership.
